Don't know what type of connection you are using to the net @ home but you may want to look into changing your DNS server.

Can't download from certain filehost. Netload I can download from but certain ones don't work like filefactory or letitbit and a few others.

I don't see how it draws anymore attention to it? The library will only block the host from it's servers worst case. Downloading ain't going nowhere.
