As long as Black History month and the NAACP and the Black Entertainment Network exist, I think we can safely dismiss any criticism of the Oscar nominees made by people of lesser intelligence. To be that hypocritical you cannot also be intelligent, imo. (Go Dash! Highly intelligent and no racist herself.) Racism stinks no matter the color of the person advocating
 
naacp is run by white folks and i haven't heard anyone complain about that
truthfully only educated and enlightened black people complain about the bs on bet i honestly can't remember the last time i watched that channel
as far as black history month is concerned its a bunch of part time militants trying to sound like they know their history when in actuality they don't do the research they just click on a google link and copy and paste the first thing they see its the same "facts" every year with most people

That's a west coast thing. Mexicans over there can look as anglo as Charlie Sheen and be 5'11" or greater - on this side they are still < 5'6" and look like Carlos Mencia at best.

Pretty much. Anything Black people do in America is looked down upon. White people are so fucking bold that they stole American land from Indians and wiped most of them out. Stole Africans for slavery
and treated them like pure shit. Continued to kill and discriminate against our race for hundreds of years after slavery ended. Then got the nerve to sip up in 2016 and wonder why Black people act the way they do, and ask why is there a BET.
GTFOH cacs Hispanics are looked down upon, but not like Black folks are.
 
Their complaints about BET are a response to black folk complaints. If spanish folk complained then white folk would respond with yall have telemundo. I say fuck supporting black Hollywood's cries of not being not included. Their problem is they associate themselves more with white folk than they do us common black folk. Most of the times they act like they above our issues. Fuck em.

Exactly. We don't get the black and brown tensions on the east coast that's heavy in the west.
