Amy Mulenga Holmes (born 1973) is a Republican strategist and political contributor for CNN and FOX News Channel. She has also appeared on Real Time with Bill Maher several times. She was formerly a speechwriter for Senate Majority Leader Bill Frist. Holmes graduated from Princeton University with a BA in economics in 1994.

Holmes was born in Gambia to an African father and a caucasian American mother. She was raised in her mother's native Seattle after her parents divorced when she was three.
