I tried it for about 6 months back in the mid-90s, but my younger brother's been at it for 20+ years now (he's 31). He doesn't have any specific recipes, but he tries to incorporate as many offerings as possible.
- Modest amount of dairy like skim or 1%, greek yogurt, etc.
- Shitload of fruits & vegetables
- Good amount of water
- Plenty of grains
- Plenty of chick peas, black beans, lentils, fava beans, etc.
- Eggs (hard-boiled or scrambled)
- Some Yves veggie products
