I Dont Have Time For Bullshyt. Need To Get Rid Of Properties. I'm Quick Flipping, I Have 10 Under Buyer/seller Agreements. If You Can Get 1 Done I'll Wholesale You The Rest. And Have The First 1 At 55,000 Firm, Ready To Move In, Comp Is At 80. 2 House Just Sold In The Next Block For 83&88. Get At Me.also Have Some Shells For Sell At 27000. Have A Hook Up And Will Get About 7properties A Week Thx Fam.

Philly market, $55K. Hood. It's going to be tough trying to move those white elephants.

You got caught playing the white knight game and now the tenant (former owner) that was supposed to buy back still has a shaky credit score, is getting pinched by the credit market implosion, and can't find financing. Just a bit of advice, get them into FHA loans quickly - or extend the leases.

I know a lot of people getting burned by this right now, with too many flips and buy backs in their portfolio, but worse they're in higher value markets and getting burned for mortgages on $150-250K properties. '

naw. actually tenant still there. husband retired, bought new 175,000 house, didnt finish remodeling 2 rooms and knocked a bathroom wall out before they were suppose to move he died, its been 4 years since and lady is broke she wants to get money just to move in new house, so she can die in peace. i have her under buyer/seller agreement and got a good deal.
she will go to sheriff sell soon so i have it cheap.

wanted to network with bros. on board..have a meeting whitey tues. to sell.

can go down to some if buyer is real, just want to make free money. 2 house just sold for 83 & 88,000. good investment. i am comming in way under the radar. will keep yall informed. here are the comps for the block.....
