just have one question; does the law limit how many public comment sessions can be held in a meeting. Like can one session be held before the resolutions are voted on to only discuss the resolutions then another public comment later in the meeting to discuss whatever one wants?

It is something that one of the members would like to enact. The law says you can't limit what a person can talk about; my counter to that is if you have two comment sessions are you limiting them or are you just dictating when they can comment or certain things
