It's a nice place. My mom moved there in the early part of 2008 ... I visit her there every 4 - 6 months or so (I'm about 4 hours away by car/ferry/bus/foot combo'). Quiet place ... plenty of retirees and easy to get around on foot/bicycle. Nice downtown region ... nice people.
