I've been fasting for the past 3 days and I have to tell you that I feel wonderful. It was just out of the blue! Something just told me to stop eating and drink more water. So here I am a rookie at this and I was just wondering if any of you guys have any info. Also too my beer belly has went down, plus I think I've lost a couple of pounds too.
is it a good thing to workout in the gym while fasting and what can I eat or drink besides water?
