A big pack of cowards. They screwed us, they continue to screw us, they know they've screwed us, and they don't even have the decency to stick around and take the flak for screwing us. People in the short term kept saying, "This will hurt their re-election chances..." Why would they be worried about that, when they already got everything they wanted.
Now they're just trying to step out of the way so that a new line of assholes can take their spots, probably running on some BS "we're not them" line.
And dumbasses will fall for it, and spend the next 5 years babbling about how "liberals" destroyed the country.
