This trial is scheduled to begin around October 21, 2024, and I have no idea what the outcome is going to be? From what I saw on the video someone walking into a New York City subway car yelling and uttering verbal threats does not give another individual a justification for using physical force to defend oneself against these "alleged outbursts."
However, I can almost promise you that you are going to hear certain politicians and members of the media attempt to condone Daniel Penny's actions on that day.

Judge added on an extra 6 months just because...but if you point this out you playing the race card...they should have shown the judges face...we need to start showing their face and not just mention the generic "system"
