She's a well-known person who died a mysterious death. Period. Most (if not all) of the "coverage" (hardly 24-7) has been NEGATIVE.

What if Karrine Steffans drop dead, who would care?

Just about every prominant black man in showbiz and sports (from Jay-Z to Diddy to Shaq).

But seriously, Smith and Steffans are not on the same level of fame. Not even on the same planet. White people (and even most over 25-year-old black people) have no clue who Steffans is. i think there is also a subsection 5 that adds 9 years mandotary probation and prohibits user from making any unauthorized new threads. an unauthorized new thread is one that has to be approved by members of the committee and then sent to members of the brotherhood for a secondary approval before new thread is stamped.
