I hate to hear people talking this democracy bullshit. I know they hear politicians saying it and that's why they say it. If you ever read the constitution or remembered saying the pledge then you should know you are suppose to have a republic. In fact democracy was looked as being the closest thing to a monarchy and totalitarianism.

The rule of law should govern the nation, all I see is selective enforcement of the laws.

Why do slave descendants care about democracy, liberty, freedom, or rights in the United States?

This country exists to advance white supremacy and it says so in the incorporating document (the Constitution) that created this country.

The 14th amendment basically just transferred our ownership (along with all other persons born in this country after) to the Federal government.

If you are not white, you have no basis to complain about receiving your due in the courts, the law, or the government.

What needs to happen is for the constitution to be repealed and a new one written in its place to address our interests.

You articulated that precisely. i don't believe we truly understand the degree of pain we would have to suffer to get to that, or maybe subconsciously we do and that is why we feel it is too extreme...

Every one that's considered black in the U.S. aren't descendants of slaves. History shows there were many people who we'd call black today were already here. The mass murderer Christopher Columbus says so in his own diary. You are correct about not being white and the Dred Scott case was ruled as no persons being of african descent have any rights only privileges. With that being said it goes back to nationality and black, colored, african-american are not nationalities. According to law "black" people have only civil rights and privileges. International law doesn't even recognize any people without a nationality. In reality we all have god given rights and yes the courts in america are corrupt and are all commercial courts. The only court that deals with actual law is the supreme court because statue and codes are not laws. I'm with you on the constitution and we could even build our own nation with our own constitution.
