Amazon Teamsters
·A union is the only way to win fair pay at Amazon. That’s why Amazon workers are organizing with UPS workers and other Teamsters across the logistics industry to win a contract that delivers the pay our work deserves!

Retired UPS driver here. A union means better healthcare benefits too. I retired at age 55 with a fully vested pension, 401k, and company stock options. Plus the union does not recognize production so long as you are working safe, being honest, and doing a fair days work for a fair day’s pay. Jobs are bid on by seniority. Are your supervisors playing favorites? The seniority system prevents that. You will start out with a crappy route when you’re low in seniority then bid on better jobs/routes as you gain seniority. Lastly, the company will be forced to lower standards according to your age. Example, a 25 year old driver will be dispatched with 250 stops while a 50 year old on the same route might get 150. Trust this former 36 year Teamster, it’s the only way to go.
