my burger recipe:

ground beef
1c bread crumbs
1 egg
1/2c ketchup
lipton's soup mix (either onion or garlic & herb, either are fine)
salt/pepper (to taste)

my measurements might be off a touch, but you want a good consistency, one where it still looks like ground beef but binds together well. i think i may be off on the bread crumbs....

simple, yet tasty............when it comes off the grill, it'll be like smoked meatloaf on a bun:yes::yes::yes::yes:

no where in my statement did i say i haven't had a "burger" made in that fashion, and quite frankly it taste pretty good, but once i ventured out and started eating my burgers at different temps besides well i didnt need to pull all that stuff in there mix to keep it moist or add flavor.

this is all you need. Whole Foods sells it
