I use oregano oil. It's natural antihistamine.

You won't have the problem if you rinse all of the pollen from your nose hairs.
i've also herd about this, using something called a nettipot?
this stuff really works.
A spoonful of RAW honey (contains bee pollen) twice a day for about 3 months prior to allergy season and your body will develop a natural resistance to histamine.
I use raw honey as well, definitely helps. I have a lot fo food allergies though that nothing helps with.
You left out that the honey must be local (where YOU live)

Was talking to my doc about it.
You can get Claritin D or Zyrtec D from the pharmacy, but it will only be a 10 day supply at a time that you have to sign for because of the Jesse and Walter White meth cookers.
Zyrtec and Allegra works for me, but claritin-non-drowsey-walmart does nothing for me.
My allergies are so bad that my Dr recommend the allergy shots but I don't like too many different medicines in me.
How do you wash your entire head? Are you using a product?
It's not the histamine but the irritant of pollen, but like the op said it has to be local honey.
I made a thread last year around this time for the EXACT same issue. VERY successful.

I take a generic version of Zyrtec. I take it daily starting in late January. The pills are cheap. You get 365 for $20. Works like a charm.

Yeah, thanks for the reminder. Now I remember why I have Cayenne capsules in my cabinet. Going to take one now.
use hot pepper sauce, real island shit. not that Tabasco or frank hot sauce type shit. clears everything up.
I just wash my whole head with water and using my hands to get the pollen off my face and out of my nose...The Cayenne works too though
