All of Steph Curry’s 4000 3’s! Bring, Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner! 7 Hours

People will call LeBron a compiler for taking 20 years to score 40K but say nothing about Steph taking a bunch of 3s to reach 25K and counting……

Yes they're professionals and that's their job. But as someone who plays basketball, he's muthafucka's AMAZING!

If I make ten 3's in a row I'm looking at my phone waiting for a call from the NBA! :roflmao:

And then you see Steph make over 100 in a row.

Agreed.

Especially when you consider plenty of college & pro players still struggle with free throws.

Guys like Steph make it look easy bombing from long range.

Lol @ your line about if you're making ten 3's in a row you're waiting on that call from the league.

The most I've ever hit consecutively was 9 straight corner 3s. Only a few friends were around to see it in junior high, and I wished the gym was full for that "One Shining Moment" when the 9th one dropped.

* Back in junior high we would eat our lunch early (or late) and then head down the road to one of the local churches. They had a regulation-sized gym there with full court basketball / glass backboards. It shit all over the old 1970s wood backboards we had at school (mid-90s).

:roflmao3:

It’s really ridiculous!! But curry is amazing but people think they can always duplicate or do things that have no business doing! There’s a reason we’ve only seen one player on the history of the game do what curry has done…

Outside of Harden,Curry, Thompson and Lillard there shouldn't be a player that have a green light to shoot that many threes in a game....

Man Steph does make it look easy, Very Easy! I know that he's practice more than anyone on that but it's still a gift.

The fact that we've never seen anyone shoot like him shows you that it's a a gift. A first that he worked tirelessly on to perfect.

And 9 straight 3's is good, for us mere mortals!

Exactly :giggle: the shots that he takes and then fucking makes its utter ridiculous :eek2::smh:; that olympic shit he did against serbia and france was like man listen :smh::smh:; ive been watching bball for a minute and i just havent seen this shit ever...
Yes that Olympic shot was Crazy! And you're right, we've never seen anything like this!

At times it looks like he's a pro shooting against kids!

Agreed. A skill set that is on a completely 'nother level. A gift further buoyed by countless hours of practice.

Thank you re: the 9 straight 3's. It was one of those moments wherein the defense was minimal, but I was in the zone. And that corner 3 isn't the easiest shot either.

Funny side note ... when we'd play in the main gym at junior high lots of fine honeys were around, so we'd often try and dunk. Catch their eye type shit. Over in high school, there was a main gym and a smaller side gym (which had 6 hoops). That was fun as there were more people there, and the 3 on 3 games were intense.

Funniest memory from the 90s ... 2 of the local courts had modified hoops. The rims were set at about 9.5 feet. So you had to slightly modify your jumper or else you'd miss wildly. But it made for better action as people were lobbing alley-oops like it was easy work. Got a few dunks in (6'3"). Anything to catch the eye of the honeys watching, lol. Miss those days ... going to those courts in the spring / summer and heading home 3 - 4 hours later. Walk there and back. Uphill walk home after you're already exhausted, haha.

@REDLINE - I love when people post those social media clips when they're sitting courtside.

You see the amount of off-ball movement on the court with players cutting and trying to get open for their shots. It reminds you how high-level the players are, when us as fans / viewers have mostly just played HS, college, rec' or streetball with inconsistent defense.

Funny too when you see lax defense, and the NBA shooter's like "fuck that" and bombs from 30 feet with ease.
