How the hell do they show Akuma in a video, and not have him do the raging demon? At least a super fireball, super dragon punch, super hurricane kick, something. Damn, he didn't even win a round.
That shit looks tight; especially the way its 3-d but its still street fighter style. I thought it was going to be like virtual fighter...I got an advertisement from gamestop saying it was coming out on PS2...can't see that happening. They also said that mercenaries 2 was coming on the ps2. Don't see either of those happening...

Mercenaries is the business. That may well be one of the best games I've ever played.
That PS2 news is good. I hope you're right.
Man y'all know damn well Akuma be the last boss in most games when y'all do somethin significant... Think about that shit. And every last boss catches his signature move before he start the battle.

More and more I'm getting convinced that SFIV is nothing more than Super Street Fighter II Turbo on 3D steroids with a few new characters. Not a complaint, but I'm more excited about Tatsunoko vs. Capcom as of lately.

Evil Ken was a stupid ass SNK creation...
From gaming forums, guys have said the game is a little slow in terms of how fast characters jump and how they move. That said, I haven't liked Akuma for a while now. He seemed more badass when he first appeared. Then some of his moves were toned down, he began to take additional damage from attacks (in a way to handicap him), and was split into Akuma (just a regular character with extra moves) and Shin Akuma (Akuma in his full glory, the badass you first remembered him as).
Now Akuma plays like a mix of Ken and Ryu. He has some of their strengths and some of their weaknesses. But in the end, I'd rather use Ryu (pure fundamentals) or Ken (combo king, aggressive) than Akuma. Being a hybrid character that got watered down, Akuma isn't as appealing as he once was.

That shit look almost as slow as clunky as that DC vs MK game.
