Ingredients:
1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
2 eggs, beaten
1 cup Panko breadcrumbs
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Cooking spray
Directions:
Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
Place the flour, beaten eggs, and Panko breadcrumbs in three separate shallow dishes.
In a mixing bowl, combine the grated Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
Dip each peeled and deveined shrimp into the flour, then into the beaten eggs, and finally into the Panko breadcrumbs, pressing gently to adhere.
Arrange the breaded shrimp in a single layer in the air fryer basket, making sure they are not touching.
Lightly spray the breaded shrimp with cooking spray to help them crisp up.
Air fry the shrimp in batches for 5-6 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
Serve immediately with your favorite dipping sauce.
