On the real, the African dude would have asked the Latino dude "will your Latinos be willing to work for the half the price of the African-Americans?".....hence that's business.
This isn't nothing new and the African Americans will snitch on themselves just so it'll be less of them on a job and complain when it's not a enough of em on a job.I was warned about my people my whole life but to get on a job and witness the shit is just crazy,motherfuckers come on a job and turn it into a soap opera and get into little groups and cause all types of trouble.
Anytime I can I ignore it and try to deal with my people first but it's getting harder and harder.I see the jobs at the hospitals,grounds keepers...ect jobs that blacks fought to get are now mostly hispanics or white.

The question I have is, did he? I've always tried to throw business to a brother first and have way too often been disappointed. Things like not showing up on time and half steppin' their way through the job have at times made me regret my decision, but I will continue to support "us" first because those who perform poorly are imo the exception rather than the rule. Increasingly the black workforce has been unfairly depicted as lazy, underperforming complainers while their Latino counterparts are viewed as hard working cheerful and exceptionally competent.
This determination, however erroneous, will be hard to overcome but just as black people started filling jobs whites didn't want to do, Latinos are filling jobs blacks don't want to do and eventually as Latino economic status rises, some new group will come along to fill the jobs Latinos no longer want to do. Eventually in the end, who does what will, as it always does, be determined not so much ethnicity but rather by who is willing to work for the wage being offered.

Here's what I saw as far as his hand movements. He was touching his chest with his fingertips then he transitioning to an open palm with the same amount of speed and pressure. I don't see any movements that would cause a thunderous sound.
I don't think he was pounding on his chest, but it seemed a sound SHOULD have been made.
