African American Sports History Brotha going to HOF

I heard about this brothas story on about 4 years ago. This man was ahead of his time before segregation, he was one of the first black NFL players and was the first black head coach. Good to see this brotha going to the hall of fame.

All the long time vets of the sports board (there ain't that many)​

know how I feel about the NFL's Hall Of Fame. As long as my man​

Harry Carson is on the outside looking in, I ain't got nothing but​

bad shit to say about them. I don't care how many "pioneers"​

they decide to induct. Fuck inducting a cat who played EIGHTY​

years ago, when we weren't really allowed to play in the "big​

leagues" anyway.....It's a good history lesson and all, but I'd ​

rather see a positive cat that youth can identify with and who​

performed at a HIGH level over a long period of time like Carson​

The HOF is suspect in my eyes now. Until they right this wrong​

and induct Harry. They got LT in there despite the cocaine. They ​

got mofos gonna go in there with rape and murder cases......​

But Harry don't belong?? All he did was go Pro Bowl 10 times​
