This is apartment complex. The kids were playing in a common area. The white woman was about to be evicted. She don't "own" where she lived.
She lied about previous disputes with the victim. Also lied about her trying to come in
She never touched her door handle to open the door. She knocked on the door.

I'm glad they held her without bail.

Sad these kids lost their mother.

But this is no way shape or form is Stand Your Ground. You can't shoot at something you can't see, through a door.

That's murder.

She bought that gun a year prior because of a previous dispute with the mother. I wish they could insert premeditated, but it isnt.

there's no problem with stand your ground as it's written(at least in Florida)
The problem is the way it's interpreted by these racist fucks and enforced by these racist pigs and prosecutors.
This woman was arrested(later than shs should have been)because this is a pretty clear example of whites taking stand your ground to mean instigating people to make any move to give them an excuse to shoot.
So as a Floridan stay armed and trained, don't fuck with people or get into unnecessary confrontations and know your rights. Simple.
