All of the advice I am giving is strictly my opinion. It is true that when something is free, you get what you pay for but in the case of internet advertising that depends. Personally, what I would do is post in the appropriate section of craigslist.com for FREE. I would create an account (if you don't have one already) and post in the forums at blackplanet.com, migente.com and asianavenue.com for FREE, depending on the ethnic exposure you want. I would then go on my space, create a page just for your site and participate in their forums for community as well. The myspace move alone will potentially put you in front of 80 million users. After that, you can look at paid options like google, yahoo, lycos and the like depending on how much you wish to grow your community. That is just MY opinion. Hope it helps.
