Hey guys I recently downloaded the Adobe Acrobat Pro Xv10
onto my computer. Here is all the details about my ongoing issue.

After downloading the links they asked that I provide a serial number which I don't have. Also I get this error message stating that [KB893803v2 Setup Error] "Setup has been detected that the Service Pack version of this system is newer than the update you are applying. There is no need to install this update" Is there a method on how I can bypass that and still run the program effectively. As of right now I can't access any of my pdf books online due to this issue.
Is there anyway this can be resolved or do any of you have a version of the program that I can use?
