Yes it is but, it knocked 30lbs off my ass and it has stayed off for the most part. I threw my own twist in it to ease the pain. No carbs from M-F, just chicken, beef, fish and vegetables etc, with regular exercise 3 days a week, 1 hr a day. Saturday and Sunday do a carb load (eat anything you want, but in moderation). then repat the whole process. Try this for at least 1 month and if you don't see a difference in weight, just kill yourself.
