I didn't read the entire article either. Elon is a comedian I follow on twitter, but he does a lot of political comedy. I had watched the video in full, and posted the other links I came across to give full context. The video was basically them making fun of her. Markos from the daily kos was there as well because he was there to discuss the SOTU speech.
