A video of a full battle of a Lion vs a Tiger who you got your money on?

I don't know, that tiger fainting due to exhaustion looked awfully real.
The largest lion I think ever recorded was about 690 pounds. The largest tiger ever recorded weighed in at about 857 pounds.

Tigers are solitary, so they hunt individually. They are constantly killing shit.

The female lions do most of the killing. The males protect the pride, but they aren't killing other animals like tigers.

The tiger in that video was two years younger for a reason. And he still was about that action, even when exhausted.

Tigers have the habit of getting up on two legs and smacking the shit out of you, lions, on the other hand, are more grapplers so they like to stay low, as someone mentioned earlier their mane serves as an armor allowing them to attack the soft underbelly of the tiger. Also staying low also helps conserve energy, similar to Ali's rope a dope or Mayweather crab defense, so regardless of size, if the tiger doesn't catch the lion fast, the tiger may run into stamina issues, just like the video.

The tiger is the bogeyman of the animal kingdom. A lion won't match up with the tiger.

These dudes were just sadistic bastards for putting these two in a pit.

Also, it looked like they were playing tricks with camera angles. I don't think that fight really lasted as long as it pretends to be.
Man spot on with everything... Tigers agility give them a clear advantage as evident in this video and yeah they were showing some of the same scenes from different angles - like the clip where the Tiger had the Lion on his back... As wrong as it was for them to set this up, my guilty curiosity wouldn't let me stop watching...

Tigers are bigger on average and have all the natural advantages that come with that...male lions do fight more (against other male lions) and that mane provides some level of protection but the tiger being bigger and stronger is usually enough to overcome these attributes

So basically some evil ass white people put a lion and a tiger in an enclosure neither could escape and let them fight it out for their enjoyment. Sounds a lot like jail.
Hmmmmm ....curious to know, does that apply to those who put pit bulls in an enclosure to fight each other for their own enjoyment and pleasure.... while they bet on the outcome.... usually death? The ones that throw bait dogs in an enclosure to train them to kill? I guess they get a pass?

Big cats are fascinating to me, I've been watching docs on lions lately. It's crazy how a young lions will take over a tribe, they'll kill the adult males and their Cubs, shit is brutal.. :smh:
What's crazy is, by killing the babies it brings the Lioness into heat

Think about this for a second. A lion thinks it unnatural to raise another lions seed so he kills it.

That's why it's not so foreign when men kill and abuse their girlfriends kids when the kids aren't theirs. Oh I still think they should fry because they are pieces of shit (death penalty or worse) but what they are doing is not unnatural

Tigers are bigger BUT they are solitary cats. Male Lions have to fight and kill if they want to mate. A typical male lion that has a pride is battle tested with many fights. A typical male Tiger has almost no fights. To me if you take a male with a lot of lioness under his belt he will win most battles with a Tiger.
We have no idea what was the status of this Lion in the Animal kingdom.
Just like of you took any ole wolf instead of the Alpha. #My2Cent

That last line is incorrect.

The male lion primary job in the wild is defense against hyenas. The Lioness can take on almost anything and kick ass...anything except for a hyena, or a pack of hyenas.

A lioness is no match for a hyena or a pack of hyenas.

But a male lion is. I've seen many a video where male lions come in and whoop a pack of hyenas. The reason why the male lion is bigger his defense against hyenas. Otherwise the species would not survive. Hyenas are bullies and the male lion is a bigger bully

That said, human beings are cruel as fuck to do this. It's just evil. To lock two animals that would never see each other in the wild, not to mention tigers are extremely endangered, but just to have them fight for the death For Your Entertainment is sick and cruel

By,your stupid logic the African Wild Dogs,Cheetahs and Leopards are bullies..Also,when speaking about hyenas;you gotta be more specific because there's four species of them and all of them weren't created equal.

You have two species that hunt their food more than they scavenge, one species that scavenge most of their food and you have the other that mostly eat small insects like termites.

Though there are 3, not 4 species of hyenas, the spotted hyenas are the most common and thus have the most run-ins with lions

"Depending on the gender it would roughly need 10 hyenas to take down a single lioness. For an adult male on the other side the number of hyenas has to be around 20 to overpower a lion."

Lions and spotted hyenas are the two biggest predators on the African savanna, and since it takes double the number of hyenas to down a lion, that makes the lion tops in Africa.

The reason I call Hyena's bullies is because they are well known for waiting until another animal has hunted and made a Kill and then they swoop in and steal the kill

Leopards are smart and drag their prey up trees, but Cheetahs and lionesses often lose hard-fought prey to a pack of hyenas

Because I've seen a lot of videos of them stealing prey from other Predators, moreso than any other animal, that's the reason I called I call them bullies

Bow down to a nigga that's greater than you!

Tiger didn't want no smoke with that hybrid.

These two lock up and bite down viciously.

Up close action!

Most gangsta tiger fight I've seen in a while.

Outstanding camera work.

Aardwolf
Spotted-Hyena
Striped-Hyena
Brown Hyena

All four species of hyenas. So,you're wrong saying there are three. Also, the spotted-hyenas are not the only predators to take another animal's prey. To act like hyenas are the only predators to do it is ridiculous. If,you want to be real:crocodiles, lions,African Wild dogs and leopards steal their food more than the spotted-hyena.

And,leopards and lions are the two biggest predators in Africa. So,you're half right.
