A "Plex" like comic book home server?

Looking to build some type of home server for my comic files that I can then access remotely on my iPad with a CBR viewing app. Any ideas? Looking for something intuitive like Plex is for videos.

I just tried Ubooquity. Seems to work in a web browser but I can not find a good app that works with it.

Anyone doing this now? What are you guys using?

It is nowhere near as easy as Plex, but I use Calibre. I will say there is a ton of people on Plex's forum that want them to add a book section and support e-books and comics.

I never used Ubooquity, may have to give that a try.

I also bumped into Alfa ebook, it uses OPDS to run the web server.

http://chunkyreader.com/ Apple comic reader supports Calibre, Ubooquity, and Alfa OPDS

https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=org.kill.geek.bdviewer&hl=en supports Ubooquity and OPDS for those that use Android devices.

I tried Calbre yesterday. Very neat interface but i had trouble grouping the comics together. So I gave Ubooquity a shot. Seems to work pretty well so far. Maybe one day plex will add and actual cbr feature. But I guess this will do until then. Maybe I'll check out Alfa and see how well it works. Thanks for the info!
