Jermarro Dantzler serves as executive director of a group home for 20 young people, and he's now charged with first-degree child sexual assault. A criminal complaint says Dantzler approached a teenage boy at gunpoint, forced him behind some bushes and told him to get on the ground where he raped the boy. Dantzler made news earlier this summer with a viral video of Tara Lynn Belcher calling him the nword.
