August 25, 2010 - A Muslim soldier says he won't deploy to Iraq and he wants to leave the U.S. military, as WSMV reports.

If he is seriously a CO, then he needs to be discharged as such.

Military service in the U.S. is voluntary and contractual. No one is compelled to serve and the service that one renders is pursuant to a contract entered into by and between the soldier or sailor and the government.

If the man is not a serious CO, then his refusal to obey orders would be a breach of his contract and he should be treated accordingly.
