A good deal for $50K

It depends on how they're made. A lot of newer construction is just shit and these could be as well. Also, still need land, utility connections and perhaps a foundation. :dunno:

How do you connect them to water and sewer?

Or are these designed for rural use with wells and septic ?

is there a foundation needed ?
Wells & septic are not relegated to rural areas. There are some houses with wells & septic tanks in the city of Atlanta.

As well as some people have goats, chickens, ducks, etc. All in the city.

Its more places that Atlanta.... anywhere its a lot of Mexicans from they have chickens goats ... Chickens for eggs and doats for milk....

But I was asking because you said you saw it on the show so I figured they were more specific..

Seems in rural with wells and septic would be easier for that kinds setup than in the city..

Just asking.

Yes.

Its clear you don't know much about building or construction costs. The dwelling is far more costly than utility connections, foundation, and many of us already have land.

The things you listed are non-issues.
I know little about building cost per se, and specifically where you are, but those are not non issues. The need for any one of those could add a couple percentage points to the total cost. Report back to us on what it cost to connect to water supply and sewer lines where you live, as well as a standard 220v pole drop. What does it cost to pour a decent foundation slab there? If you have land you don't have to buy it, but you may need to grade and prep it in some manner.

Or you could just buy it, drop it on the dirt with no prep, and rough it without utility services. Go for it.

only change i would make

Bigger than most NY studio apartments
It's far bigger than @MASTERBAKER apt... assuming that we believe he lives in NY and even has $50k...... he must be paying it over 30yrs if he does

sidebar: he can fit all 25 of his cats in one of those.... and later add on a room just for them and the big ass kitty litter box
