There some relation to leopards so I'm not surprised, leopards be coming into villages in India snatching kids and babies left and right! Funny thing is, it looked liked they dangled that baby as bait to catch it on camera, because if that was my baby the camera woulda dropped and I woulda got my baby!
In it eyes it was small prey.. if it is meat and edible it will be killed and eaten.. that is the rules of the wild

That part. If it were a 10 year old kid I don't think a cheetah would attack. Of all the "big cats" the cheetah is by far the biggest pussy.
But a baby just sitting there is easy pickings.

That's a cheetah. You see the "crying tears" on the cheetah's face at the very end. At 0:12 you can see the spot pattern and the stripes on the end of the tail that distinguishes the cheetah from a leopard
Being cats are nocturnal hunters, leaving a potential easy prey apparently out in the open for taking is playing with fire. Let that been a leopard, that glass may have not withstood the impact

very hard for the answer to be no...altho I'm sure if pressed the parentswould have a prepared excuse and try to blow it off, but the mere fact the camera holder moved and did nothing while the baby cried on the floor next to a deadly predator is so fucking insane, I'm at a loss for explanation shatter proof glass or not.
