If you have a decent credit score (550 and up, prefer 580 though) I'll put up the money for you to buy a few houses. No bullshit. The houses will be around the cleveland/akron area. What you do with them is up to you but you will own them. I recommend setting them up for section 8 rental or flipping them. If you want to do section 8, I'll get you set up on it. All of this is done without any money coming out of your pocket whatsoever. YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE NOTE AFTER THE PURCHASE.
Why am i doing this? Because there is profit in it for me to front the money. I'll get the down payment back within 60 days with additional fees paid by the bank. That makes it worthwhile for me.
No, I'm not going to tell you that your going to make thousands of dollars up front off of rental property in the beginning. Realistically 300-500 in the beginning monthly. If you flip it, you might make 500-2000 in the beginnning until your into full swing of how it works.
