That Boeing 747 is part of the US Govt's "Looking Glass". It's part of the US Military to continue Command and Control of the US Govt in case Washington D.C. is taken out completely.

It's a Boeing E-4 stuffed with Command and Control personnel and equipment. I believe a Air Force 4 Star General is on board. Majority of people with no military experience are not aware of this plane and the others that exist.
