at this day and age.....punishing kids by taking away any ability for them to socialize via internet or phone is more than enough. my kids feel like the world has come to an end when i take away their phones, laptop, and ps3. but back in the day.....me and my brothers used to get our asses killed. my mama used to come home from the grocery store with switches tucked down in the bags with the rest of the shit.

yoooooooooooo..... back in the day the beating wasn't nothin... it was the no TV for 2 weeks, no going outside and no sega or nintendo for a month that had me messed up.... the pain is temporary... that punishment is what made me think twice
