I posted a help wanted job listing on THE GEORGIA DEPARTMENT OF LABOR website. Pretty much I'm hiring bird dogs to help me corner the real estate market here in Metro Atlanta. I posted the info and have received 652 calls.... make that 654 calls... People are in really bad shape. I have talked to IT professionals, Nurses, Brokers, Fellow Real Estate Investors, Preachers, Strippers, Real Estate Agents, Police Officers, Carpenters, Mexicans, Orientals... shit is bad. I am only paying off of commission. There's a lot of $$$ to be made, but damn this response is overwhelming
