Dude it's folks sitting next to them in short sleeve shirts..lol I've been to tons of games & sat court side or close & it's never been cold in an arena..lol Players right to stay to keep them muscles warm, you can cool down standing around in 90 degree heat that much different than fans in the seats. You routinely see women at games wearing blouses & other shit, so these grown dudes don't have an excuse..lol
And in terms of the crowd that's probably a game in NYC, so those folks more than likely wore those items to the game without coats, riding the subway, uber etc. 50 & Joe came in limo's so they other than walking to the car when it picked them up, they probably weren't outside again..lol
