New York City's abortion rate is 41 percent, more than double the national average, according to city health department statistics. The figures spurred a meeting of Christian and Jewish leaders in Manhattan, including the archbishop of New York, Timothy Dolan, who called for a reduction in the number of aborted pregnancies.

"We gotta do more than shiver over these chilling statistics," Dolan said at a press conference Thursday. "I invite all to come together to make abortion rare."

In 2009, women in New York City terminated 87,273 pregnancies, according to data released last month. Black women had the highest rate of abortion by far, followed by Hispanics, white women and Asians. The national abortion rate is 19 percent.

Joan Malin, president and CEO of Planned Parenthood of New York City, issued a statement saying unplanned pregnancies are affected by access to information, birth control, sex education and intimate-partner violence.

Though surprisingly high, the 2009 abortion numbers for New York City are actually lower than they were a decade ago. In 2000, there were 94,466 abortions in the city, according to The New York Times. And in 1998, the abortion rate was 46 percent, according to ABC News.

"For the first time in my happy 21 months as a New Yorker, I am embarrassed to be a member of a cherished community I now -- usually with a lot of pride -- call home," Dolan said.

Thursday's press conference was organized by the Chiaroscuro Foundation, a nonprofit organization whose president, Sean Fieler, supports conservative and religious initiatives. Fieler, an investment banker, funds the group himself, according to The New York Times..

Funny, NYC does everything possible to make it impossible for a woman to raise a child here, then the same city throws the fact that there are so many abortions back in their faces, as if thats not what they wanted in the first place, when you and I know damn well those CAC's and singing and dancing, that are fewer and fewer black kids for them and their city agencies to deal with.

And if you think its due to over crowding or economics, well you should see who founded the planned parenthood and look into their ties to the American Eugenics movement.

I've lost all faith is this generation of females. Attention whoring to babies by worthless dudes, and the ones who fake like they've never fucked up in life fall into that percentage. My girl is a nurse at a private practice, and she tells me all the time about the bitches that are on their second and third abortion before age 24. She said that, since they are near the college campus, the shit is rampant! And, she also said the finest bitches have the most abortions. And, upper class females have multiples within a few years of each other to the point she has to warn them of becoming sterile. I got no faith in females in anymore. If my chick leaves, i'm single for fucking life!

Racist whites often use as double sword system, that gives the damn if you do, damn if you dont effect to get their adgenda across. For example their version of the devil and god, was created to control peoples minds, those who choose to follow god as well as the people who choose to rebel against their man made concept of god. This dual technique is employed in other areas of society, such as good cop vs bad cop, black man vs black women, black women who chooses not to have kids vs women who have kids, blood vs crip, hutus vs tutsis, democrat vs republican, liberal vs conservative. In each case, the true advisary of both groups that are pitted against each other, is not the opposing groups, but instead, rather, the powers that be who uses both groups to square off against each other, so that they are able to eventually divide and controlling both sides!

Maafa 21The documentary Maafa 21: Black Genocide in 21st Century America is an explosive exposé of the racist eugenics agenda of the abortion industry in the United States. It makes the case that, though abortionists claim to advocate privacy, women's rights, and reproductive choice, their true motive is racial genocide and ethnic cleansing.

Even more alarmingly, the film maintains that this agenda began not with the birth of Planned Parenthood in the early 1900s but more than 150 years ago before slavery as an institution in America came to an end. Literature for the documentary reads, "It's about elitism, secret agendas, treachery and corruption at the highest levels of political and corporate America."

Producer Mark Crutcher of Life Dynamics, a pro-life organization, explained the title Maafa 21 in an August interview on LIB Radio. During research for the film, he found the Swahili word maafa, which literally means "great disaster" or "tragedy." It is used to define the time of African enslavement in America. "The crucial issue is the maafa may have begun when the first African was shackled in the bottom of a slave ship," explained Crutcher, "but it did not end with slavery. It continues to this very moment." He said the number "21" in the title refers to the fact that the abortion industry perpetuates maafa into the 21st century.

Crutcher offered several statistics to support his claim. He pointed out that even though African-American women make up only 12 percent of the population, they account for 37 percent of women who have abortions. He also said a black child in the United States is five times as likely to be aborted as a white child. He maintains that more African-American children die in abortion mills in less than four days than the number of African-Americans killied by Ku Klux Klan in 150 years, or the number of black soldiers killed in seven years of the Vietnam War. "The most dangerous place for a black child in the U.S. is his mother's womb," Crutcher asserts.

This did not happen by accident, according to Crutcher, and he produced Maafa 21 to lay out his case in a chronological timeline describing the evolution of black eugenics in this country.

The documentary begins in the mid-1800s with Francis Galton, the British statistician who coined the word "eugenics," or "selective breeding as proposed human improvement." From there, Maafa 21 weaves a chilling tale of the efforts of racists in the United States to eliminate African-Americans from the population. Hitler credited them with influencing his European agenda. Through the 20th century these influential bigots planned tactics such as injecting a sterilizing agent into public water supplies. The documentary explains how their racist efforts continue to the present day and provides a legitimate explanation of the relatively unchanged size of the black population as compared with other races in the United States.

Obviously guilty parties, such as Planned Parenthood, are highlighted in the film, but Crutcher does not shrink from pointing the finger of blame at less expected perpetrators. Maafa 21 exposes support of the abortion industry and the eugenics movement from both Democrat and Republican sources, including a disturbing recording in which Richard Nixon expresses racial prejudice and his approval of black eugenics through abortion.

Crutcher said Maafa 21 began as a single chapter in a book he was writing about abortion. As he dug deeper into researching eugenics, he realized it was a much more comprehensive subject than could be covered in one chapter of his book. The result is this two-hour documentary, a professionally produced and convincingly related narrative told in a succession of interviews and quotes from the actual perpetrators of this double-holocaust of abortion and eugenics.

I know older kids sometimes stay stuck in the system but baggageless babies seem to be a hot commodity. What percentage of babies put up for adoption end up in bad situations?

Seems like the liklihood of success in that scenario is infinitely greater than in the abortion scenario.

Listen to what you just said, and it sound right out of the mouth of Margaret Sanger. But I see what you are getting at, however be very careful about using the word productive citizen, because that is a open book term left to interpolation. In the Eugenics dictionary a productive citizen is defined from a Euro-centric point of view based on their value system. For example they may view someone like Martin Luther King Jr as being non productive, yet Hitler very productive.
I've always said we need to raise quality as opposed to quanity, with the emphasis placed on the parents to be better parents as opposed to the Eugenics movement of eliminating people who they feel have the potential of being less 'productive'.
I endorse pro life and pro quality of living, by working hard and shedding ourselves of this selfish, "me first", childish, value system that the American culture indoctrinating us with, as a youth (if you want to see it in action, watch tv with a kid around two and take note of all the flashing commercials the child watches, and note how this may effect his wants and need/ value system, later on in life!)
A consumer is programed to consume (or take for self) an this goes totally against the principals of being a parent, which is about giving and sacrifice. IN short if you are raised to be a consumer, chances are you are raised to be non-productive. So rather destroying the children for following their program, they created, why not simply change the program, in which we indoctrinate our children with?
