NYPD PRESS RELEASE: On Thursday, April 6, 2023 at approximately 9:25pm police responded to a 911 call of a person with a possible gun at Broadway and West 103 Street within the Train Station and within the jurisdiction of the 24 Precinct. When officers responded they encountered a large group. Several individuals from that group aggressively approached the officers, acted disorderly, and prevented the officers from proceeding while a portion of the group ran from the location. As a result, several people were taken into custody. A 17 year-old male was issued a summons, a 13 year-old male, 16 year-old male and a 15 year-old male all had juvenile reports prepared for obstructing governmental administration. The following person was arrested: Rolle Cialani, 18-year-old female, W104 & Columbus Ave, Manhattan, NY. Kids need to learn when to take they ass home. Why are you being combative, provoking a cop? Like everyone knows what the end result of that is gonna be. And homie was caping hard for the girl when you can see in the video (00:43-00:54) she hit the cop, that's why she got locked up.
