The reason this will be thrown into the trans argument is because the law means anyone is allowed to use any bathroom according to what gender you "feel" you are not what your bio gender actually is.
So even if you look like a masculine heterosexual male but feel like a female you should be able to enter the women's bathroom or vice versa for the men's, because that's what you feel you are and nobody should question your presence there.

Let me share this story right quick. Im at the great mall in Milpitas a few years back with my old high school friend, we're drinking while we browse shops. Nature calls and I'm looking for the restroom. Im stomping fast trying to find a restroom cuz I gotta go badly. At great mall the restrooms are so spread out you gotta walk half way round the mall to find em and thats a long ass walk when you gotta go.
I finally see the sign. I'm walking down the hall to the restroom I see this man ahead standing there. He must be waiting on someone to come out. As I approach the restrooms both doors are wide the fuck open so you can't see the signage that says male or female on them.
I gotta go so bad I walk right into the first open door I see. I enter grabbing my pants unbuckling my belt ready to go when I look up and see a woman knelt down with her two daughters adjusting their clothes near the sink. lol
They look up at me in frozen in shock. I immediately buckle my belt back and walk back out apologetically. As I'm coming out the man outside is walking in the door with a terrified look on his face but then he smiles cuz he realized I knew i fucked up and it was an accident. My friend is looking at me from across the men's restroom door laughing and so did the man.

The sad part about it is the trans people are so selfish. It's all about them and their feelings. If we don't buy into their mental illness we are intolerant bigots. From what I've seen, most rational folks have gone out of their way to make it known it's not the trans people we are worried about, it is sick perverts like this guy who will take advantage of the free for all policy to do things just like this. People will be hesitant to say anything if they see a man going into the lady's room now. This is a legitmate concern that they just dismiss and call you names. I'm glad North Carolina is counter suing the justice dept. Fuck Obama and his minions trying to ram this bullshit down our throats. Even threatening to hold back money from schools if they have the audacity to require a male to use the mens bathroom. When people talk about the LGBT agenda this is it in action. They want to redefine what normal is and make you accept it whether you like it our not. Civil unions weren't good enough, they need marriage. Unisex accommodations aren't good enough, they need full access to your bathrooms and locker rooms. Tolerance isn't good enough, they need affirmation. It's all about their feelings, which now they argue are rights. Reality be damned, it's all about how they feel and they will sacrifice women and children gladly to get their way. We normal rational folks have to draw the line somewhere and this is it.
