A Playboy model accused of murdering a California psychiatrist who had been paying her rent before his body was found rotting in her car has appeared in court.
Kelsey Nichole Turner, 25, faced court in Stockton, California on Monday where she is being held pending her extradition to Nevada after being arrested last month over Dr Thomas Kirk Burchard's murder.
Her extradition was delayed and her next court appearance was scheduled for April 16. She is expected to face murder and conspiracy charges back in Las Vegas.
It comes after authorities revealed on Monday that arrest warrants had been issued for two more people - Jon Logan Kennison and Diana Nicole Pena - who are accused of conspiring with Turner to murder the 71-year-old psychiatrist.

Kelsey Nichole Turner, who has appeared in Playboy Italia and Maxim, is accused of murdering Dr Thomas Kirk Burchard after his body was found in her abandoned car in Las Vegas on March 7
A link between Kennison and Pena with Burchard was not immediately clear. Their ages and hometowns were not immediately made public.
Burchard's body was found rotting in the trunk of Turner's two-door Mercedes Benz coupe, which was found abandoned off a dirt road in Las Vegas on March 7.
Police said Burchard had been paying the March rent on Turner's home.
Judy Earp, Burchard's longtime girlfriend, said the psychiatrist had given Turner roughly $300,000 during the time they knew each other.
Earp said that Burchard had signed a lease for a home in Salinas, California where Turner had lived for 'about a year' with her mother and children.
She said the model, who appeared in Playboy Italia and Maxim, had told Burchard that she couldn't qualify for a lease because she had 'bad credit'.
'He helped a lot of people,' Earp told the Las Vegas Review-Journal. 'She had this really sad story. She took the $300,000. I'll just leave it at that.'
Burchard paid Turner's rent for months but stopped after the 'lease was up'.

Police said Burchard had been paying the March rent on Turner's home but is believed to have stopped in the months before he was murdered. Turner is pictured above attending a 'Babes In Toyland' event in Hollywood in March 2018
'He told her several months before that he was not going to continue,' Earp said. 'He actually paid her money to leave.'
Turner was eventually evicted from the home in Salinas and moved to Las Vegas.
Police said Burchard's girlfriend reported the semi-retired child psychiatrist missing days after he sent a March 2 text message to her from Las Vegas saying he planned to go to Salinas two days later.
Turner is being held in a county jail in Stockton, California, following her arrest there March 21
Earp told police she believed Turner, was involved in Burchard's disappearance.
Police found the rented home unlocked but no one there, according to court documents, and a neighbor reported seeing Burchard with Turner.
In the Mercedes, investigators recovered Burchard's vest and house keys; collected fingerprint and possible DNA evidence; noted apparent blood residue on seats and blue latex gloves; and found cleaning supplies.
'Blood evidence in the back seat suggested Burchard was attacked in the vehicle,' police said in Turner's arrest warrant application.
The Clark County coroner ruled the case a homicide, finding that Burchard was struck multiple times in the head with an unidentified object that left what police called a unique pattern.
Burchard also bore what police called defensive wounds.
Earp would not elaborate on how Turner and Burchard knew each other, only saying she did not believe the model was one of his patients.
Sources have previously said the Burchard and Turner met online.
