Sleep or hibernate my laptop depending on how long it's been on and whether it's plugged in or not. Other than a few upgrades, it hasn't really been completely shut down since I bought it a couple years ago.

My 2003 Server I leave on since it is my DC & file server. If I remember to turn my Windows 7 notebook off I will. I leave my Mac mini on since I have it hooked up to my TV for streaming torrents, Hulu or Netflix

the xp pc gets rebooted 1 or 2x for the month- unless there is a critical update... sleeps after 5 hours of inactivity.
The Win 7 gets rebooted weekly, sleep after 2 hours of inactivity
