Port Allen, La. — An attorney for a Louisiana teenager shown on video being slammed to the ground by police during an altercation at school says charges against two officers are a "slap on the wrist." The video, taken by a school surveillance camera, was sent anonymously to CBS affiliate WAFB-TV.

A grand jury in West Baton Rouge Parish indicted former Brusly police Officer Dan Cipriano on a charge of simple battery Friday, WAFB-TV reported. Another former officer, Kip Dupre, was indicted on a charge of malfeasance in office.

Both officers resigned in November after video from Brusly Middle School showed one officer wrestling with a 14-year-old male student before slamming him down. Another officer later comes in to help handcuff the student and slams him against a desk.

State police investigated and handed their findings over to the local district attorney, whose office presented the case to a grand jury.

Yeah, I just seen the movie River Runs Red and it's about these crooked ass pigs and how they system got their back. It's sickening.

So what was the official call as to why the two policeman came to the office in the first place ? I mean it looked like the young brother was just calmly talking to the lady behind the desk or did they call in security because they were threatened ? Looks like they have done something like that before and got away with.

The system will go through only the necessary motions to calm niggas down a lil...then reduce or drop charges altogether..before the dust is settled both pigs will be hired by the next clan jurisdiction over..then karma
