man the bx was a fuckin shit hole back in the mid to late 80s for real... Funny growing up in that shit you thought thats how shit was suppose to be.. going to vacant lots practicing gymnastic flips on box springs :lol:
 
I've watched most of these docs and it's great for someone like me to understand why I,my generation and younger do what we do as far as culture goes and when I talk about culture I mean everything hiphop,rap,urban,whatever you want to call it which is black culture re-invented all over again.

Anytime you mention NYC it comes with a lot of junk talking and hate from people not from there, but the truth is that's the mecca and everything else is just an offspring of that with it's own elements.Something that is looked down apon something that was called a fad is now sitting at the table with white corp of america making deals;Who can not respect that accomplishment alone?
