I don't think the Chiefs or the Braves will be changing because those designations aren't offensive. "redskin" and a grinning big tooth Indian is though.

It's not just the negative imagery or gestures. The idea that a race of people can be your mascot is inherently offensive.

That's the disconnect!

I would have Mickey's once in a blue moon. Mickey's was the official malt liquor of White boys until they came up with Ice beers.

I used to drink Schlitz, OE, or Colt 45 up until my late 20s. I had to leave malt liquor alone because it made your head heavy as hell in the mornings. I literally felt like my head had the weight of a bowling ball when I'd wake up and get out of bed and struggled to raise up off of the pillow.

All of those other brands, I'd sample a bottle and be like.... They're planting this shit in the Hood on purpose.

This is true, malt liquor is marketed directly at non white people. Its considered the worst shit you could ever drink.
