Thats a really great price I just picked up a Asus 15.6 with windows 8.1 dual core intel processor 500 gb HD and 4 gigs of ram for 150 bucks

this sounds like 150 bucks more for twice the processing power.

No HDMI and only 1 usb 3.0 port and 2 usb 2.0 ports? No thanx. Unless im gettin it for my granny, I'll pass.

woot had a similar deal (sold out earlier today)
The resellers finally caught on and lowered the price on laptops with discrete graphics chipsets (Nvidia/ATI vs stock Intel HD) but the processor speed sucks now. I'd rather have a +2.5ghz (dual or quad) with discrete graphics and no hard drive or memory than have the manufacturers cut corners in a seesaw between the two components that can't be upgraded.
Apple does the same thing too, WTF Intel HD in a Macbook?!!?

the most recent AMD processors are pretty slow in comparison to even the average intel processor. the integrated graphics are pretty impressive though for media playback and low resolution gaming.

not sure I would want this with that slow ass 5400rpm hard drive
