Funny shit ... talked to my dad's gf & she's got a gopher, or gophers, of all things ... digging up her backyard. They recently did a number on a section of walkway/stones and a bit of sidewalk ... digging underneath along a grassy section.

Best line she said to me when talking - "It's a gopher or gophers, man ... WHAT THE FUCK? I don't need this right now ..."

:roflmao:

Yellow baboon and an unfortunate hare. Yellow baboons are dietary generalists, they will eat anything and everything they may come across. Grass, seeds, fruit, roots, leaves, buds, bark, flowers, assorted bugs, any fish they can capture, they will hunt vervet monkeys, and obviously rabbits, the only thing they might skip would be rancid meat.

Unbudgeable A stoppable force meets an immovable object This moose was presumably scratching a hard to reach itch when it got its head stuck in between the twin trunks of this tree. Now fully detained, the events that followed can only be described as my own personal nightmare: unable to move and slowly eaten alive by coyotes. The natural world is indifferent to suffering, and there seems to be no limit to that suffering. In order for there to be life, there must also be a staggering amount of suffering, pain and death. Its a ruthless system, but it works.

The leopard (Panthera pardus) is one of the five extant species in the the genus Panthera. It occurs in a wide range of sub-Saharan Africa, in small parts of Western and Central Asia, on the Indian subcontinent and Southeast and East Asia.

This vervet monkey got into a fight with the alpha of the group and was fined one appendage for his trouble. Resilience is a must. Adaptability a prerequisite for life itself. This will no doubt be a tougher, and shorter existence, but when faced with adversity of any kind there is only one choice to make.
