Right on, B'. The best thing too about colorful meals/snacks is that they're visually appealing to kids too. That's always key. The more they're into the look/appearance of the meal, the less likely they are going to be picky with EXTRA VEGETABLES (or fruit with snacks, etc) and so on. I talked to some friends about their young kids' eating habits & it's dope when you hear about 2 - 4yo kids who are into stuff like SPINACH, KALE, BROCCOLI, SWEET POTATO, LEEK, TOMATO, BELL PEPPER(S), etc √
