Enjoy the fights on Saturday night, everyone. Should be a fun main card, and some good scraps on the undercard as well. Got work earlier in the day, and then errands / going out in the evening, go I've got the DVR set like a muthafucka and will probably watch the event after 11pm PST or so. I look forward to checking out peoples' discussion here, as the MMA threads are always fun to see what people were & weren't feeling from the events. Say what you will about the televised cards ... they do bring good exposure to the fighters involved. Heard them mention on the Sherdog roundtable that the Johnson/Dodson main event back in January 2013 on Fox peaked at 5+ million at one point, so that bodes well for people who might be mixed into the card at various slots on PPV offerings instead.

That said ... keep an eye out for Edwards/Cruickshank ... Guillard/Danzig ... Lawler/Voelker ... co-main MacDonald/Ellenberger, and of course the main with DJ/Moraga.

I have a feeling that we will see 2 upsets tonights... Ellenberger will beat MacDonald, and Moraga will defeat Johnson!!!

Was happy to see Melvin pull out a win. Especially by KO'ing Danzig.

man that rory vs jake fight was probably the most boring fight in mma history

i usually dont mind a good technical defensive fight but that shit
was more boring than watching moss growing on a tree :smh:

Mad props to DJ ... the level changes, cardio, and general pace he keeps. He was what ... 10/10 or 11/11 on his takedowns over the course of the fight? Impressive.

I've watched the main and co-main so far, and will catch the rest of the card latenight or tomorrow over breakfast.
