Damn, I know exactly where that is too. As I was watching that video, I was thinking to myself "I just know this fool saw the initial car bolt all the way down the highway! He can't possibly think this completely different vehicle that he saw the other car pass is the suspect!" That son of a bitch was a new kind of stupid!
