They didn't even call it when it happened, Virginia had a whole possession then they went back to that play, so some official in the booth went back and looked at the play saw the flop but still ordered a review then the on floor refs looked at the flop and then they still upgraded it to a flagrant foul, this during the tournament with both teams tied, it's in overtime and there's less than 30 seconds on the clock and they give Iowa 2 free throws and the ball!!!!!!!!!!
